We have introduced a booking fee for appointments over an hour of £20, this is taken off your bill on the day of your appointment.
Missed appointments and cancellations without enough notice cost small businesses £1000’s each year. We are trying to reduce this.
💚Sugar requires 48 hours to move large appointments.
💚Missed appointments and cancellations without enough notice the £20 isn’t refundable or able to be transferred to another appointment.
💚Of course genuine emergencies do sometimes come up and we would of course not charge the £20, this is down to our discretion.

If booking fee hasn't been paid you're booking isn't confirmed, the slot is available to be booked by someone else.

 This helps us run our salon smoothly. 

Booking fee can be paid over the phone, bank transfer, paypal or pop into the salon.
